- APS and Novastar are two Philadelphia based affiliates that design, develop, engineer, manufacture and market a sophisticated niche product line consisting of specialized equipment for the printed circuit board ("PCB") and electronic assembly industries. APS produces low to medium volume surface mount assembly systems. APS products include stencil printers, pick and place machines and reflow ovens. Novastar offers a complete line of wave solder machines, selective soldering machines and reflow ovens.

- BakeFresh Manufacturing Company is a Chesapeake, Virginia-based wholesale manufacturing company that supplies 7-Eleven, Inc. among other outlets with delicious, high quality baked goods. The company was founded in 1988, as a Central Production Facility to service a multi-unit Dunkin Donut franchisee. In 1996, the company signed a wholesale manufacturing agreement with 7-Eleven, which continues to this day. BakeFresh delivers donuts, muffins, brownies, cookies and other baked goods fresh, 365 days a year.
  
  BakeFresh, Rhode Island is part of Coppermine Capital's roll-up acquisition strategy in the fresh bakery space. The company also provides high quality, private label baked goods to area grocery and convenience store bakeries. In 2005 the company entered into a long term manufacturing agreement with 7-Eleven.

- Since 1988, Hunter Manufacturing has been a leader in licensed sports collectibles, as well one of the oldest and largest hard goods suppliers to this marketplace. With offices in Lexington, Kentucky, and North York, Ontario, Hunter is committed to supporting their retail objectives with more product options, new graphics, exceptional quality and shorter lead-times, in order to help customers increase licensed sports sales and profits. Products include collector glasses and drink ware, boxed gift sets, lanyards, pet products, alarm clocks, and bar stools, among a catalog full of additional items. Coppermine co-invested with Argo Management Partners in December 2005 to purchase the company.

- Imperial Laundry Systems, LLC (ILS) is a commercial laundry service provider that focuses on cleaning linens in the healthcare and hospitality industries. The company serves customers in the southern Wisconsin and Chicago Metropolitan geographical areas. Imperial currently serves five out of the top 25 hospitals in the Chicago market. The Company operates from a 32,000-square-foot facility in Racine, Wisconsin.

- With sixteen locations throughout the U.S., Ivize provides extensive reprographic and litigation support to clients going through the trial process. Founded in 1995, they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering law firms, government organizations and corporate customers services to solve their time sensitive document needs in electronic and paper formats while ensuring the highest quality and security standards.

- K&H Pet Products, LLC is the leading provider of thermal pet products in the U.S. The company is the market leader in indoor and outdoor heated beds, mats and throws for dogs, cats and small animals. K&H's products are highly regarded and known for quality, reliability and safety. In addition to providing comfort in cold weather for indoor and outdoor animals, K&H's products are increasingly being used for therapeutic reasons in connection with hip problems associated with aging pets. All of K&H's products are manufactured in China. K&H's customer base includes approximately 300 retail pet chain stores, distributors, catalogs and independent retailers.
  Ray Allen Manufacturing, LLC is the leading manufacturer and direct marketer of professional canine training products to the law enforcement, military and working dog niche markets in the U.S. The company sells primarily via catalog to canine professionals in law enforcement, military, homeland security, correctional, professional security and drug enforcement fields. Products include body suits, protective sleeves, protective pants, gloves, aprons, collars, leashes, toys, books, videos, kennels and specialized training products.

- Since 1984, Lind Equipment Ltd. has been a manufacturer and master distributor of specialty industrial electrical products including portable industrial lighting, static bonding and grounding equipment, and tools for the electrical utility industry. Major customers for these products include utilities, oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, paint and coatings companies, pulp and paper industries, automotive industries, aviation/aircraft companies, and large manufacturing companies. The company is located in Markham, Ontario.

- Regional Mfg. Specialists, Inc. provides its customers with the highest quality transformers, inductors and coils (magnetics) that are available in today's marketplace. Located in a new 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Concord, NH, the company specializes in designing and manufacturing items utilized primarily in equipment related to the power supply, energy/alternative energy, semiconductor, heavy capital equipment, lighting and medical equipment sectors.

- Founded in 1959, Space Electronics is the leading manufacturer of high-precision test and measurement instruments used primarily by the aerospace and defense industries. The company's instruments measure mass properties including center of gravity, moment of inertia, product of inertia, moment weight and dynamic balance. Mass properties measurements are critical in testing, modifying and balancing satellites, rockets, smart weapons, jet engines as well as automotive components and sporting goods products.
