    • Allegiant Home Care test provides a range of healthcare services in the home, including nursing, physical and occupational therapies, social work, and home health aide support. We care for people of all ages who prefer the independence and comfort of living in their own homes as they live with a chronic health condition or recover from an illness or accident. Based in New York City, the company partners with health systems to lower hospital admissions, reduce emergency room visits, and provide high quality, compassionate healthcare that is more cost-effective than other care settings.

    • BakeFresh Manufacturing Company is a Chesapeake, Virginia-based wholesale manufacturing company that supplies 7-Eleven, Inc. among other outlets with delicious, high quality baked goods. The company was founded in 1988, as a Central Production Facility to service a multi-unit Dunkin Donut franchisee. In 1996, the company signed a wholesale manufacturing agreement with 7-Eleven, which continues to this day. BakeFresh delivers donuts, muffins, brownies, cookies and other baked goods fresh, 365 days a year.

      BakeFresh, Rhode Island is part of Coppermine Capital’s roll-up acquisition strategy in the fresh bakery space. The company also provides high quality baked goods to the convenience store industry. In 2005 the company entered into a long term manufacturing agreement with 7-Eleven.

      BakeFresh of Colorado In 2010, Coppermine Bakery Holdings acquired the assets of Homefresh Bakery located in Denver, CO. BakeFresh of Colorado supplies fresh baked goods to  7-Eleven and other convenience store chains throughout Colorado.

    • City Pro Group, Inc. (CPG) is a healthcare services business coordinating care to young children with developmental delays and autism. Based in Brooklyn, NY, CPG has a network of over 300 therapists across the NY Metropolitan area offering home-based speech, occupational, cognitive, and physical therapies. The company also sells and leases in-home durable medical equipment.

Coppermine co-invested with Argo Management Partners in December 2005 to purchase the company.

    • K&H Pet Products, LLC is the leading provider of thermal pet products in the U.S. The company is the market leader in indoor and outdoor heated beds, mats and throws for dogs, cats and small animals. K&H’s products are highly regarded and known for quality, reliability and safety. In addition to providing comfort in cold weather for indoor and outdoor animals, K&H’s products are increasingly being used for therapeutic reasons in connection with hip problems associated with aging pets. All of K&H’s products are manufactured in China. K&H’s customer base includes approximately 300 retail pet chain stores, distributors, catalogs and independent retailers.

    • Since 1984, Lind Equipment Ltd. has been a manufacturer and master distributor of specialty industrial electrical products including portable industrial lighting, static bonding and grounding equipment, and tools for the electrical utility industry. Major customers for these products include utilities, oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, paint and coatings companies, pulp and paper industries, automotive industries, aviation/aircraft companies, and large manufacturing companies. The company is located in Markham, Ontario.

    • Progressive Bronze Products is a leading manufacturer of metal religious products used primarily by churches. The product line, sold under the highly recognized brand name Excelsis, includes candlesticks, tabernacles, sanctuary lamps, holy water fonts, holy water pots and sprinklers, incense censers and boats, candelabra, Stations of the Cross, and bells. Additionally, the Company offers repair, refurbishment, and refinishing services.

    • Ray Allen Manufacturing, LLC is the leading manufacturer and direct marketer of professional canine training products to the law enforcement, military and working dog niche markets in the U.S. The company sells primarily via catalog to canine professionals in law enforcement, military, homeland security, correctional, professional security and drug enforcement fields. Products include body suits, protective sleeves, protective pants, gloves, aprons, collars, leashes, toys, books, videos, kennels and specialized training products.

    • Founded in 1959, Space Electronics is the leading manufacturer of high-precision test and measurement instruments used primarily by the aerospace and defense industries. The company’s instruments measure mass properties including center of gravity, moment of inertia, product of inertia, moment weight and dynamic balance. Mass properties measurements are critical in testing, modifying and balancing satellites, rockets, smart weapons, jet engines as well as automotive components and sporting goods products.

U.S. Underwater focuses on the shallow water inspection market, which is defined as 0 to 200 feet in depth.
